Provider Link is a promotional program designed to expose employers and individuals to the healthcare services available in the local market. The program is free to you and to employers. Your services will be promoted through the internet at our web site. For more information, please click this link.

Link Plus provides discounts on out-of-pocket expenses to beneficiaries of approved traditional health benefit plans. The program can be purchased by employers or individuals, is inexpensive, simple to administer, reduces costs for the beneficiary, and can greatly reduce premiums for the purchaser. The program can be used with fully-insured and self-funded benefit plans.

Employers and individuals must meet program specific eligibility requirements to participate in the program. 	Gives the provider a marketing advantage.
	Increases participating provider's market share.
	Is simple to administer through the provider's billing office.
	Is supported by local provider services staff.
	Is supported 24 hours a day through a dedicated web site.

Link Choice is a set of highly discounted health services offered by the local provider community to employers and individuals who cannot afford traditional health insurance coverage. It is not an insurance program. The program is comprised of a schedule of highly discounted services that are provided to eligible recipients through participating providers such as yourself. The program provides for hospital, physician, pharmaceutical, and other services. The program does not provide for tertiary care. The range of services offered is limited to the services that can be provided by participating providers. Members can only receive the benefit by obtaining services from approved, participating healthcare providers.

Link Wellness is a worksite based health and wellness program designed to help employers manage the medical costs associated with their health plan and to improve the well time of their workforce. For more information please speak to one of our representatives.
