Link Plus provides discounts on out-of-pocket
expenses to beneficiaries of traditional health benefit plans. The
program can be purchased by employers or individuals, is inexpensive,
simple to administer, reduces costs for the beneficiary, and can
greatly reduce premiums for the purchaser. The program can be used
with fully-insured and self-funded benefit plans.
Employers and individuals must meet program specific
eligibility requirements to participate in the program. For a current

Link Choice is a set of
highly discounted health services offered by the area healthcare
providers to employers and individuals who cannot afford traditional
health insurance coverage. It is not an insurance program.
